About JOnsen 2025

JOnsen is an unconference for Java Developers and Java Communities in Japan and all over the world.

JOnsen 2025 will be held at Hoshino Resorts Aomoriya, which is a traditional Japanese inn located in Misawa, Aomori Prefecture, offering guests an immersive experience of Aomori's rich culture. Guests can enjoy local festivals, regional cuisine, soothing hot springs with silky-smooth waters, and seasonal horse-drawn carriage rides through expansive grounds.

Please note that there is a limit to the number of rooms, so if registrations exceed the limit, we may need to select attendees after the application period has closed. To attend this event, you must receive the approval and payment request email from JJUG (Japan Java User Group), rather than from Doorkeeper. We will send this email from April 28th to May 1st.

Participation fees

One person

• Accommodation fee (2 nights)
• Breakfast and Dinner

are included.

Children under 7 years old are free if they share a bed with parents.

Transportation and lunch are not included. Please arrange them by yourself.
(We may share restaurants info for lunch later)

Payment

The payment detail will be announced in the approval email.
At the moment, we are considering the following schedule, but please be aware it is not fixed yet.

• The payment methods: Credit card via peatix
• The payment deadline: 31th May (Anywhere on Earth!)
• The approval email will be sent to you from 28th April :)
